Below is a list of future planned schemes for the Association and those recently completed.

Mc Quiston Mews, Kingscourt Ave, Belfast

This is a £1.5 million pound scheme situated off the Castlreagh Road, behind the McQuiston Memorial church. This scheme consists of 12 category 1 apartments for the elderly. This scheme was completed in early May 2008.

Upper Suffolk Road, Belfast

Scheme location: 1a - 5 Upper Suffolk Road.

Comprising of 13 two bed three person houses and 1 three bed five person house.

Scheme due to start in July 2010.

Lower Braniel Road

New scheme proposal for 2011 comprising of:

1st phase     9 two bed three person apartments

2nd phase    4 two bed three person apartments

Scheme due to start in February 2010.

Apartment Development, Tates Avenue, Lisburn Road

New scheme proposal for 51 units comprising 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

Carrickvale Manor, Lurgan

10 Newbuild 3 bedroom townhouses.

Completed November 2008.

Cherryville Street, Belfast

This scheme will consist of 10 three person, two bed category 1 active elderly apartments and one three person, two bedroom wheelchair apartment.

Scheme staring in February 2010.

Completion date expected March 2011.
